The best thing about Target is that you can stack coupons! They allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon, a Target coupon and Cartwheel.
How stacking works:
You can use one Target coupon (printed, received in the mail or mobile text), one manufacturer (printed or newspaper insert) and one Cartwheel coupon (app that you can download).

Cartwheel App Info:
These are another form of coupons that can ONLY be used at Target. They are typically a percentage off a specific item; however, they can occasionally be a cents off a specific item. Each Cartwheel offer can be used 4 times, per transaction, unless there’s a different amount noted. You can do up to six Cartwheel transactions per day. So, you could use the same Cartwheel coupon up 24 times per day.

What I like to do with Cartwheel is to open the app up and as I’m walking around the store and buying things, I’ll type the name of the product into the app and see if there is a cartwheel coupon.

Target allows four identical coupons in one transaction, per day. Some stores may not be strict about the “per day” part, but the register will reject if you try to use more than four like coupons.
Use the Target red debit card, you’ll get 5% off your transaction and 5 cents per bag that you bring in and use
