Monopoly now can make you a Millionaire with Monopoly Millionaire Game

Looking for that “new” family-friendly game for your family this fall season? If the answer is yes, then you will be excited to learn about the new Hasbro game called, Monopoly Millionaire. It’s just like the classic Monopoly but with this one you get a chance to play with the new board that has been redesigned and now you play till you win a million dollars.

New ideas in this game:
1. Fortune Cards on each space that is a property at the start of the game and make the game more interesting. (some have to be used right away and some can be saved)
2. You don’t have to pick a banker (money goes in the middle)
3. Reminder Cards (of the rules)
4. 3 levels of cars ( You can only level up if you pay at GO and/or if you get a lifestyle card and if you are unlucky you will get the chance card which will downgrade your car
5. Chance Cards (rewards or punishment will be greater depending on your car level to give each person a fair chance)
6. Money is not made from paper anymore it is a thick cardboard. This makes it last longer. Also makes it easier for kids to be able to hand out because you don’t get as much.

I got to play the game with my sister and my fiancé tonight, for a nice Saturday evening at home. The first thing I noticed is that its easy to set up. It only took about 15 minutes but I did have to unwrap some of the stuff. While I was setting it up, my fiancé read the directions to us; they were easy to follow and within minutes we starting playing. Once we started to play we all started to land on fortune cards and they were fun because it made the rules of the game totally different. Some had where we had to auction the spot away and the highest bid won (oh and don’t worry you can bid too). Then some had where you could swap a property with another play as long as the player didn’t own the whole set. You can save it for later and not have to worry about using it without thinking. My favorite was the just say no, where you could tell another player no just because you didn’t want to do the deal and you could simply be sneaky and use it at any time you wanted to. The new way the “go” works was nice because you had the options of either getting bigger characters or collecting your money for the next go around for spots you wanted to buy.

Overall everything about this game reminded me of the old Monopoly but at the same time gave me a fresh new way to play that kept us interested at the same time. I know that if you buy it your family will love this game just as we did and maybe even more. Then here is the great part: Hasbro has given me the chance to give one of my lucky readers the chance to win their very own Monopoly Millionaire game. All you have to do is follow the directions below on the rafflecopter and you will be entered to win.
