So recently I got to review Borax 20 Mule for the Purex Insiders. Before I had recieved I had never tried it so I was excited to learn about the product and try it out. So right away I asked my friends and family what I could use it on and WOW that list is endless. So instead of just telling you about the product I am going to tell you all about the many ways you can use Borax 20 Mule in your house daily.
Ways to use Borax 20 Mule
Clean your toilet with Borax 20 Mule,
All you have to do is pour a cup into your toilet when you won’t be home for a few hours and then when you come home use your toliet brush and brush it clean. You can do the same thing in your tub for the bath ring you get or a rust ring around the bottom.
Clean your pots and pans with Borax 20 Mule,
All you do is get a small bowl and add 1TSP of Borax and some warm to the touch water stir it up and then put a little on your sponge and then clean your dishes as easy as 1-2-3. Also it won’t damage your pots or pans.
Have a fresher smelling litter box with Borax 20 Mule,
When you change out the litter for your cat add a few tablespoons in and it will help reduce the small of the litter box.
Kill fleas in your carpet with Borax 20 Mule,
So fleas some and when they do they inbed in your carpet and in your dogs, so all you need to do is sprinkle a little on the area you have seen the fleas and leave your dog out of that room for an hour then vacuum it up well. It can kill your dog if he eats.
Kill UNWANTED Weeds with Borax 20 Mule
We all hate weeds so when my friend told me you could just simply sprinkle a little on my weeds I had to try and it worked. You just get a sifter and sprinkle on the weeds but NOT near plants that you want it will kill them.
Make Slime for Kids with Borax 20 Mule
So you need glue, water and Borax (food coloring optional) to do this FUN idea
First you will mix up the 4oz of glue and ½ of water and food coloring if you want
then in another box mix 1TSP of Borax and 1 cup of water make sure it is mixed well. After you are done mixing add the Borax mixture to the glue mixture and mix together. Right away you wil see it starting to form. You keep kneading it till you have it with not much stickiness. After you are done making place in a ziploc bag so it doesn’t get gross and dirty.
Make Dish Soap will make 7oz with Borax 20 Mule
So you need Ivory Bar soap, water and Borax for this recipe.
First you grate your bar soap you will need 1TSP after that is done you will
add 1 ¾ water to a pan and start to boil it and once it starts to point you will add
your 1TSP of Borax and 1TSP of grated Ivory soap and mix them together. Once
mixed well you will take off the stove and add to a container and let it cool for several hours and once cool you can add to your old dish soap container.
KILL ALL your ants in your yard with Borax 20 Mule.
Yes I can tell you you can KILL all of them with this simple recipe. Get a top to a screw lid bottle and add a little bit of powder sugar, little bit of water and little bit of Borax and leave it near the ants home and they will come get it and take it back to the colony and it eat it and they will all die.
Recently found a recipe for laundry soap using borax (and a couple other ingreds) that I’m going to try as soon as I run out of the free and cheap soap I have.
Have never used Borax 20, but I would definitely try using it to kill the weeds in our driveway.

Remove stains from stainless steel or porcelain sinks with this recipe: Make a paste with 1 cup borax and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Using a sponge or cloth, rub the stain with the paste. Rinse with warm water.
We have a ant problem so I will be putting Borax on them!
I use it to deodorize my garbage disposal.I put in about 1/2 a cup and let it sit for about 20 min.It does help with the odor.
