Change in Walgreen’s BOGO Policy

So if you go look at the Walgreen’s Coupon policy right now you will notice that number 7 and 10 are new.  With the new change you can’t use a coupon on the free item anymore.  Example Buy One get One free you can’t use a coupon on the free item anymore.   I don’t know what made them spark a change in the policy but if you have an issue about it you can email them or you can write to them on there facebook wall.   Note that CVS you can you can still use a coupon on the free item so if you are looking for the best bang for your buck it may have to be at CVS now with the changes at Walgreen’s.

Here is the word for word from the policy-  See the policy change here

7.Walgreens will not accept coupons that exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any coupons.

10. Coupons may not be applied against any free item received in any offer (See 7 above).

They just started the change as of today so if you did it before today don’t be worried about it.  It will start NOW so don’t think you can go tomorrow and get any bogo deal with 2 coupon.  The information was already sent out to the stores.  My manager told me about the change tonight and wanted me to tell y’all about it too. NOTE Managers don’t make the changes only corp does.
