We all want to lose weight but struggle from diet to diet every year. So I thought why not give you some easy tips to help you lose weight. Remember this is tips and I am not promising you results, this is just what I have found the best way to lose some extra pounds. I will be doing a few of blog post about weight lose in the next 8 months, because I am trying to lose some for my wedding. - Drink tons of water
- Find a weight lose partner
- Cut fresh fruit and vegetables once a week but enough for the week (will make health snacking easier)
- Be excited even if you only lose 1lb a week
- If you are still hungry at meals eat green vegetables
- Go for a brisk walks at least 3 times a week, if hot hit up a local pool
- Park farther away at the store for you walk more
- Try and drink a big glass of water while cooking, so your stomach is not empty
- Slow down while eating, you will get full faster
- Try and eat fish one or more days a week
