I was recently given the chance to try out and write a review for some ToiletTree products. I received the Facial, Nail and Cuticle Scissors. They come in a group of four pairs of scissors. These are specifically designed for personal grooming tasks. They are made from Stainless Steel – I love that, because they won’t rust over time. So here are each of the four pairs of scissors and my opinions/info on them:
Stainless Steel Facial Hair Scissor which is for trimming facial hair, nose hair, ear hair and anywhere else where hair may grow that you want to trim down just a little.
Stainless Steel Narrow Tip Facial Hair Scissor is like the Facial Hair Scissor but it’s narrower on the tip so it’s easier to get to the hard-to-reach areas.
Stainless Steel Flat Head Nail Scissor is designed for stronger uses like cutting nails.
Stainless Steel Slim Tip Cuticle Scissor is just like the name says – it’s for cutting your cuticles. It can be used on natural and acrylic nail tips.
I like that they have a variety set. Most times you just see one kind of scissor to use for everything, but it doesn’t always get the job done right. The Facial Hair and Narrow Tip Facial Hair ones both work really well and are great for trimming those longer nose hairs. The Flat Head Nail scissors are not just good for cutting nails, but they also worked for blisters on my feet. Men could use these for those long annoying eye brow hairs. They are not too heavy, but you can tell they are well built. They don’t slip around in your hands as you use them; the design is great for stability. They are really sharp and precise.
I also like that they offer a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. They truly believe in their products and the workmanship so if anything happens to them while using them for their intended use, just contact the company to get a replacement set. Now if you abuse them and use them for things other than personal hygiene, the warranty doesn’t cover them. Over all I think they are good value and will last a long time.
