My personal review-
The pain of losing weight is so much work but it so worth it even if you have to make your butt the size of a pancake to slip over the tummy belt tuck. After the ten minutes of wearing I felt uncomfortable and could have never survived the ages of corsets daily because I would be the rebel child all because I don’t like things latched on to my skin. The exersices are very simple and easy and anyone can do them. I must admit though I did lose 1 inches after wearing twice daily for 7 days, changes will vary depending on how much you exercise. I was very happy with that result and hope I find the same again when I use again for the month before my wedding.
