Today my fiancee and I got the chance to go check out the new WiiU coming out this holiday season. The event was only by invitation or I would have shared I was going with everyone sooner. I was very excited about going and seeing the new and upcoming system first hand with out having to either buy one or wait at Walmart for the kids to share. There will be a lot of changes to the system now since the new system will now have a gamepad (which is wireless) to use with or in addition to the current game controllers. You will be able to get in either black or white. Check out this video for information about the new gamepad.
My personal opinion In your opinion was that it will be the HIT for Christmas this year. This is great for single player mode or multi-player. The game pad is light weight, the back supports with grips and you are not worried about dropping it. I did like that you could use GamePad as either a touch screen or old touch the buttons. The new Wii Fit will be more geared for kids and adults with any more games and activities that families will like together not just the same old exercise videos. I did like that the GamePad controller can be used as both a game controller or a TV remote. The best part to me was that the GamePad does have a built in camera for they can talk to and communicate with other Wii U owners in real time. The new games they have coming out just for this system will be amazing and good for any age group so you could own if you have little ones or even you want to play yourself.
